Stix N Stonez is a small, artist-owned and operated brand. Many of our items are made on demand to reduce waste, so we appreciate your patience as we process, produce, and ship your order.
Shipping Policy

All-in-all, most orders arrive within 14–21 days from the date of purchase.
Here’s how that timeline usually breaks down:
Order processing: 1–3 business days
Once your order is received, we typically need 1–3 business days to process it. You will receive an email or text confirmation once your order has been processed.
Production / manufacturing: 4–8 business days
To reduce waste and avoid overproduction, we keep limited inventory and many items are made on demand. This means your item may be manufactured after your order is placed. Processing and production together usually take about 4–8 business days.
Shipping time: 4–7 business days
Once your order has shipped, we use standard shipping methods that typically take 4–7 business days. Please allow an extra day or two during peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your package is lost, if you entered the wrong shipping address, or if you need to update your address. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your item, as long as the item is in new, unworn condition.
Returned items must be free of stains, damage, odors, or visible signs of wear. Items that show signs of use may be subject to a 50% reduction in refund value.
Size Exchanges
All eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, depending on availability.
To start an exchange, please email us with your order confirmation number and let us know whether you would like a smaller or larger size.
Exchanges for a Different Item
You may also request to exchange your item for a different product.
If the new item is lower in price, we will refund the difference, minus shipping costs. If the new item is higher in price, you will be responsible for paying the difference before the new item is shipped.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original card or payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.
